Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only to customers located within the United Kingdom.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free - no minimum order value.

Delivery Estimates

If there is an unexpected delay beyond the estimated delivery time, we will contact you by email at info@femellia.com.

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
    The estimated transit time for delivery is 6-12 business days.
    Total estimated delivery time (processing + transit): 7-15 business days.
    Our order cut-off time is 9:00 AM (GMT). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping origin (transparency): Many items are shipped from our international fulfillment partners in China, depending on the product. This is reflected in our estimated delivery times.

Shipping Carriers

Femellia works with trusted shipping partners to deliver orders safely and efficiently. Depending on the product route, an international carrier may handle the initial transport, and final-mile delivery within the United Kingdom is completed by local carriers. Our UK delivery partners may include Royal Mail, Evri, DPD and DHL (UK), depending on destination and parcel size.

Order Tracking

Tracking is provided for every order. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking link and tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@femellia.com as soon as possible. We will investigate with the courier and provide a replacement or refund in line with UK consumer law. Please keep all packaging materials and take photos of any damage to help us resolve the issue quickly.
